The Electric Vehicle Charging Accessibility Network (EVCAN) has launched a new Qualified Products List (QPL), a first-of-its-kind resource to help utilities, municipalities, and businesses evaluate and select grid-responsive EV charge management systems.
The QPL debuts with three verified systems from EVConnect, Driivz, and Wevo, each meeting EVCAN’s comprehensive technical criteria for interoperability, cybersecurity, and performance. These systems were independently assessed against the EV Charge Station Management Systems Specification released by EVCAN in May of 2025.
Building on lessons from utilities in regions leading EV adoption, EVCAN’s QPL will help expand safe, reliable, and connected charging networks by helping stakeholders find smart EV charge management systems equipped with the latest industry standards. By improving communication between charging systems and utilities, it supports smarter grid planning and enables drivers and charging operators to take advantage of incentives and cost savings.
- The QPL will continue to expand as additional systems are evaluated and approved. Visit EVCAN.org for free access to the QPL and other resources. CSMS providers are welcome to submit products to the QPL for consideration. Please feel free to send any questions to hello@evcan.org.
